Privacy Policy
SimpleCustomers.ai is operated by SimpleTalk, LLC under the SimpleCustomers.ai brand. In this Policy, “SimpleCustomers,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to that website operator.
Scope and operator
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit simplecustomers.ai, use the recordings page, submit an inquiry, use the chatbot, or communicate with us about our business services.
SimpleCustomers provides pay-per-transfer customer-acquisition services to debt-settlement businesses. This Policy does not govern the independent privacy practices of a debt-settlement company that receives a transferred call or campaign-specific processing governed by a separate agreement or notice.
Information we collect
Information you provide
We may collect information submitted through our chatbot, email, telephone, or other communications, including:
- name, email address, and telephone number;
- company, business industry, role, and other professional information;
- sales-team size, daily transfer capacity, monthly revenue range, operating hours, market, qualification needs, and program preferences;
- messages, questions, chatbot conversations, and other information you choose to submit;
- communication preferences, consent selections, and opt-out requests;
- information connected with pricing, program evaluation, scheduling, contracts, support, or an existing business relationship; and
- audio or call information if a telephone conversation is recorded where legally permitted and after any required notice or consent.
Please do not submit Social Security numbers, financial-account credentials, payment-card details, consumer debt files, medical information, or other sensitive information through the chatbot, email, or other general communications.
Information collected automatically
When you use the Site, we and our service providers may automatically receive limited technical and usage information, such as:
- Internet Protocol address and approximate location derived from it;
- browser, device type, operating system, screen characteristics, and language;
- pages or routes viewed, timestamps, referring pages, and website interactions;
- diagnostic, security, performance, and error information; and
- requests used to load website content, including audio files on the recordings page.
We may combine Site information with later communications concerning the same business inquiry.
How we use information
We may use personal information to:
- respond to questions and requests;
- evaluate whether a transfer program may fit your business;
- discuss capacity, qualification criteria, pricing, availability, campaign structure, and agreements;
- schedule and conduct sales, onboarding, service, or support conversations;
- send communications you request or authorize;
- maintain consent, preference, and opt-out records;
- provide, operate, secure, troubleshoot, analyze, and improve the Site and related services;
- detect fraud, abuse, security incidents, or technical problems;
- manage business relationships and enforce agreements; and
- comply with legal obligations and protect our rights, users, personnel, and business.
Calls, text messages, and email
If you provide contact information and authorize communication, we may contact you by email, telephone, or text as described where the information is collected. Calls may use automated technology and may be recorded where permitted by law and after any required notice or consent. Consent to promotional communications is not a condition of purchasing services.
Use the unsubscribe link in a promotional message.
Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply.
Ask us not to make further promotional calls.
We may still send non-promotional responses or legally required notices.
Recordings page
The recordings page contains redacted examples of live-transfer calls. Identifying details have been removed from the samples, but the page is not represented as an access-controlled or confidential data room.
Playing a sample causes your browser to request the audio file from our hosting provider, similar to other website content. The Site does not request access to your microphone and does not record audio from Site visitors.
If you believe a sample recording contains your personal information or raises a privacy concern, contact support@simplecustomers.ai so we can review it.
How we disclose information
We may disclose personal information to:
- personnel and affiliated companies that need it to operate or support the SimpleCustomers business;
- service providers supporting hosting, analytics, chat, CRM, email, telephone, text messaging, security, and operations, including Vercel and HighLevel/LeadConnector;
- professional advisers, such as attorneys, accountants, auditors, and insurers;
- government authorities, courts, or others when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or prevent fraud;
- a buyer, investor, successor, or adviser connected with a merger, financing, reorganization, sale, or similar transaction; and
- other parties when you direct us or provide consent.
We may use or disclose aggregated or deidentified information that cannot reasonably be linked to an individual.
Sale and targeted advertising
We do not sell personal information collected through this Site for monetary consideration. We do not knowingly use personal information collected through this Site for cross-context behavioral advertising. If these practices change, we will update this Policy and provide any opt-out mechanism required by applicable law.
Cookies, embedded services, and analytics
The Site may use essential and security technologies needed to load pages and prevent abuse, functional technologies used by the chatbot, and analytics used to understand aggregate website traffic.
We use Vercel Web Analytics for website usage and performance information. Our HighLevel/LeadConnector chatbot, and services used to deliver or secure it, may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies to provide functionality, maintain security, remember preferences, and process messages.
You may control cookies through browser settings. Blocking some technologies may prevent the chatbot or other features from working. Because there is no uniform standard for browser “Do Not Track” signals, the Site does not currently respond to them. Where applicable law requires recognition of an opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, we will honor it as required.
Data retention and security
Retention
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including responding to an inquiry, evaluating or maintaining a business relationship, honoring communication preferences, meeting legal and recordkeeping requirements, protecting security, resolving disputes, and establishing or defending claims.
The period depends on the information, why it was collected, applicable legal requirements, sensitivity, and whether it can be deleted or deidentified. When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we may delete or deidentify it, subject to legally permitted backups and recordkeeping exceptions.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No website, transmission method, or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Use appropriate care when deciding what to send through chat, email, or other communications.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable law, you may have rights to:
- confirm whether we process your personal information;
- access or receive a copy of personal information;
- correct inaccurate information;
- delete personal information;
- receive certain information in a portable format;
- restrict or object to certain processing;
- opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising;
- limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; and
- appeal or request reconsideration of a decision about your request.
Submit a request by emailing support@simplecustomers.ai with the subject “Privacy Request.” Describe the request and your state or country of residence. We may request information reasonably needed to verify identity and authority. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, subject to proof of authorization.
These rights are not absolute. We may deny or limit a request where permitted by law and will explain the decision where required. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
Children, third-party services, and international processing
Children
The Site is intended for business professionals and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child submitted information, contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.
Third-party services
The Site contains embedded services and links operated by third parties. They may process information under their own notices when acting independently from us. We are not responsible for the privacy or security practices of services we do not control.
International processing
Service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Those countries may have different privacy laws. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we will use an appropriate lawful mechanism.
Changes and contact
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in services, practices, providers, or legal obligations. We will post the revised Policy here and update the “Last updated” date. If a change materially affects how previously collected personal information is used, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent where required.
